Quickly open series Multi-Bag Filter Housings are designed for high-volume applications demanding frequent filter bag change-outs.Available in a wide variety of configurations with 4 to 24 filter bags per housing. Options include: various input/output positions and sizes, material choices and closure designs significantly reduce change-out time and lower operating costs.

According to the different opening methods, it can be divided into two types: spring assisted quick opening and hydraulic quick opening.

Spring assisted type, has a self-balancing V-clamp locking mechanism, and use a spring assisted hinged cover that is quick and easy to open and close with no tools required.
And hydraulic type, utilizing a totally unique sliding bracket retaining system , simply pump the lid activator handle and the Easy Open Lid will rotate and raise to a locked position in the time it takes to loosen one or two eyebolts on a conventional vessel.  

The shell material available in grade SS304 and SS316L material of construction for selection.And glass bead blasting finishing as standard, meantime,poly coat , electro-polishing is option.
As standard, the multi bag series is provided with heady duty mounting bracket support legs and SS filter basket supplied to support for the filter bag.
